VolleySprouts: Appropriate for Kindergarten – 1st Grade

VolleyKids: Appropriate for 2nd – 3rd Grade

VolleySprouts and VolleyKids are introduction programs to volleyball for kindergarten through third grade. Sessions focus on basic volleyball skills, motor skill development, and fun activities. Programming may include games, relay races, strength exercises, skill development, and plenty of fun!

Players will be trained by Nebraska Elite coaches in a camp-style setting. Both VolleySprouts and VolleyKids practice at the same time, with groups divided and trained according to skill level. Each player will receive a T-shirt.

• 55 minutes (40 minutes of coach-led instruction + 15 minutes of free play)
• Focus on motor skills, coordination, and volleyball fundamentals
• Fun and engaging learning environment designed for younger players
