Holiday Break Camp Descriptions
Skill Camps
Skill Camps focus on helping athletes continue developing specific areas of their game through high-repetition training and focused instruction. Athletes will train in a competitive environment designed to improve technique, confidence, and volleyball IQ.
Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure the best training environment.
Serving Camps
- Overhand Serving
- For athletes learning or improving their overhand serve. Players will focus on proper serving technique, consistency, and building confidence behind the service line.
- Jump Serving
- For athletes ready to learn or continue developing their jump serve. Players will be introduced to four different jump float serves while focusing on footwork, timing, and contact. Athletes will then choose the serve they want to continue developing for advanced serving concepts.
- Advanced Serving
- For athletes who already have a consistent serve and are ready to continue developing their serving strategy. Players will focus on serving zones, improving accuracy, increasing consistency, and serving with a purpose.
Competition Camps
Players register individually—no partner or team required. Athletes are grouped by age and skill level and compete in fast-paced games with rotating partners.
Players develop decision-making, volleyball IQ, and confidence in a competitive environment.
Gift cards are awarded as prizes.
Academy Camps
Academy Camps provide athletes with an extended training experience focused on position-specific development. Athletes will spend approximately 4 hours in focused skill training and 2 hours in competitive play to apply what they learned.
Players receive high-repetition training, position-specific instruction, and game-like opportunities designed to challenge athletes and take their skills to the next level.
Built-in breaks are included throughout the day for athletes to rest, eat, and refuel. Players should bring their own meals/snacks.
