Spring & Summer 2026 — Details Coming Soon
Beach volleyball is an excellent way for athletes to improve their all-around game. Training in the sand builds ball control, defensive range, reading skills, strength, speed, and jumping ability — all skills that transfer directly to indoor volleyball.
Olympic coach Karch Kiraly, USA Volleyball’s John Kessel, and former Nebraska Head Coach John Cook all recommend beach as a critical tool for developing elite indoor athletes.
Over the past nine years, our beach program has:
- Trained more than 1,200 athletes
- Qualified 108 teams for national-level beach events
- Won 101 junior titles
- Earned 13 Top-5 national finishes
- Captured the 2019 USA 12U National Beach Championship
Whether your daughter wants to become a more complete volleyball player, improve ball control, get faster, jump higher, or expand her defensive range — beach volleyball offers a powerful training environment.
