Elite Specialty Training
About Specialty Training
Specialty training is highly encouraged! These sessions help players accelerate individual development. Our specialty training program includes All-Club Setter Training as well as Small Group Training. These sessions are only available to current Nebraska Elite Players. Our Specialty Training sets us above other clubs! Our small groups provide players with the ability to sharpen their specialization or cross-train new skills and positions.
Elite Small Group Training
Small Group Specialty training has been a huge success for the last four seasons! We will continue offering small group training opportunities for the 2023-2024 season. These sessions are only available to current Nebraska Elite Players. Each session will be limited to 8-12 players per group depending on the type of skill session. Some positional sessions may be larger but we will add courts and coaches as necessary. Players will sign-up for a package of 5 sessions for $100-$125. These sessions will be facilitated by our most experienced coaches and trainers.

Elite Small Group Session Description
Improving Performance: 5 Sessions. Session 1 & 2 will focus on sports science (nutrition, sleep, resistance training, repetition, recover), Session 3 & 4 will address Mental Toughness. Session 5 is focused on Confidence.
Armswing: This session is strongly recommended for every 10-14U Player. This session will focus on proper arm mechanics for generating power and developing sound fundamental technique. Sessions will address high contact, snap, torque, and timing. This small group is high repetition.
