  • Set school records for hitting percentage and ranked 2nd in blocking per set

Coaching Philosophy
 Volleyball should be fun! It offers an ideal platform to teach character, build mental toughness, and develop essential life skills. Beyond the court, volleyball provides young people with tools to succeed in life.


Personal Background
 Sami grew up in Bennington, NE, where she developed a passion for volleyball playing for Nebraska Elite Volleyball. After graduating from Bennington High School in 2013, she continued her volleyball career at Loyola University Chicago. Her early coaching experiences started while recovering from a shoulder injury, sparking a love for developing athletes. Sami has been coaching with Nebraska Elite since 2017.
